I’m Pavel. I work with founders who need someone to take charge of their software.
We work out the direction together, then I handle the architecture, the build and getting it running.
Spinnaker Studio is my one-person consultancy. We agree on an outcome and a fixed price before I start, then continue for as long as there’s a clear reason to.

Zindi's founders wanted to build an AI competition platform
I helped to define the product, then built the app, competition-scoring system and infrastructure. I stayed on for four more years, leading development, supporting a funding round and partnerships with Microsoft, Google and Amazon.

Gurucan had an AppSumo launch coming up when its tech cofounder left
I stepped in, cleaned up the code, tightened security and rebuilt the infrastructure for the load. The launch brought in ~$1M in sales.

A Texas oil company needed to verify diesel deliveries
The paperwork arrived by email, handwritten and badly photographed. Tank sensor readings were unreliable because of temperature changes and irregular tank shapes. I worked with a mathematician to build a model for interpreting those readings, then built AI pipelines to process the paperwork and check it against the sensor data. Time to payment fell from about two months to two days.
You don’t need to arrive knowing that your software project involves a mathematician and diesel tank modelling. Working that out is on me.
